  • How is the Top 500 List Determined?

    Being a Real Producer is not something you can buy - it’s an honor! All REALTORS® that are a part of this community have earned their way to becoming a Tulsa Real Producer through their impressive residential sales production in Tulsa County and the counties touching Tulsa County.

    PLEASE NOTE: We cannot track off-market production or production that is done through a team member.

  • Where can I find an article that was published in Tulsa Real Producers Magazine?

    To locate a published article, head to the articles tab.

  • How can I get a copy of the monthly magazine?

    Our magazines are exclusively sent to the Top 500 Real Producers and our Partnering Businesses; they automatically receive a hard copy of the magazine that is delivered to their residence or office each month.

  • When is the magazine delivered?

    If you are a Real Producer or Preferred Partner, you will receive your copy of the magazine within the first 1-2 weeks of each month!

  • How do I become a Preferred Partner (Non-REALTOR® Vendor Partner)?

  • Are non-production Brokers and Team Leaders included?

    YES! If you are a Broker or Team Leader and have an agent in your office who is on the list, you are a part of the Real Producers list as well. Send your contact info to us at laley.freeman@n2co.com so we can make sure you receive our emails, publications, and event invites.

  • What if some of my production was in another MLS, off-market, or under a team?

    We are unable to obtain this type of data… so we need to rely on you! If you believe you should have been on the list and have production of this kind, please send documentation to us at kelly.kilmer@n2co.com and we will get you added.
