Since its founding in 2015, Nested Tours has grown to become Oklahoma’s premier real estate photography, videography, and digital marketing firm. With offices in Tulsa and Edmond, as well as photographers from all corners of the state, Nested Tours services the entire state of Oklahoma with ease and efficiency.

“We have a born and raised photographer in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Stillwater, Shawnee, Norman, and Edmond,” owner Caleb Collins explains. “We try to get people who are from those areas to service those areas, allowing us to have a far reach and service the whole state. It allows us to keep our personal touch, too.”

On the Cutting Edge

Since its founding, Nested Tours has been committed to being much more than a photography company. Early on, Caleb devoted himself to integrating virtual tours when the technology was still relatively new to the market. As the years have gone on, he’s continued to stay on the cutting-edge technology. 

“Any time there are new advancements in tech, we bring that to our agents. We are often one of the first to bring out new tech,” he says. “For example, Zillow 3D Home interactive floor plan — no one else in Oklahoma is offering that now. We are a preferred partner at Zillow and got access to offer this, having recently launched it.”

Caleb’s goal in introducing new tech is simple — to give his clients the marketing edge they need.

Streamlined Efficiency

Many photographers and videographers are one-person operations or small companies. The photographer will take the photos, edit them, and communicate with the client. That process can be slow. 

Caleb understands what it takes to succeed as a one-person show because he’s done it before. He’s promised his photographers will never have to balance so much just to get a deliverable out on time.  

At Nested Tours, Caleb has created three distinct teams: the photography team, the editing team, and the office/leadership team. The photography team is face-to-face with clients, shooting in the field. They then send their work to the editing team, who immediately start working up the final product. The office/leadership team handles client communications, oversees high-level business operations, and steps in to solve problems as needed.

This strategy allows Nested Tours to offer guaranteed same or next-day turnarounds.

“A lot of photographers burn the midnight oil to turn around shoots on time, and they often burn out, but ours don’t have to. As a result, the longevity of our employees has been a win for me,” Caleb says.

Meet the Owner: Caleb Collins

Caleb is a family man; he and his wife, Hannah, recently welcomed twins — a boy and a girl — to the world in September 2022. They also have two boys, ages 6 and 3.
