Founded in 2018, Peak Real Estate Services — or Peak RES, for short — has quickly become one of Oklahoma's leading real estate photography companies. With a family feel and a specialization in all things real estate media, Peak RES is able to provide its clients and partners with industry-best results.
As co-owner Maria Sharp says, “Our standards are simple: lead with value, do the right thing, and never settle.”
A Collective Vision
Peak RES was founded by four creatives with a passion for real estate photography: Maria Sharp, Jeff Sharp, Kate Crangle, and Kennon Bryce.
“Prior to forming Peak, several of us had worked within the industry (some together), and all of us shared the desire to build a team that, above all, supported and celebrated each other. In a world of independent contractors, especially in the realm of real estate, things are quick to change, and the days are long. Sometimes you need a hand, and sometimes you need a friend. We are proud to say that we have found both in our colleagues,” Maria says proudly.
Over the past four years, Peak RES has expanded its team throughout Oklahoma, with offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. The group offers a unique combination of photography skills and real estate expertise with the objective to help their clients sell their homes faster and for more money. They solely focus on real estate, allowing them to be the very best at what they do. In addition to serving real estate agents, Peak RES shoots for designers, house flippers, rental agents, builders, and short-term rental owners.

It’s All in the Family
While Peak RES has become Oklahoma’s largest real estate photography company, they maintain a family environment. The four owners are intimately related; Maria and Jeff are married, Kennon and Maria are siblings, and Kate is a close friend — or “soul sister,” as Maria says.
“Our relationships with our clients and with each other sets us apart. As cliche as it is, we have a very family feel to our team. I feel you don't find that often when you look inside of a workplace. At least, I never have,” Maria says.
When they’re not photographing homes, the Peak team enjoys spending time together. They have a team breakfast monthly, enjoy movie nights, and often go out for dinner and drinks.
“It's cheesy, but success is about watching those around you — clients and teammates — succeed,” Maria continues. “We wouldn't be where we are today without their wins. We have strived to build team camaraderie in our own business, and we also consider ourselves part of our client's team. So when our team or clients win, everyone wins.”
As Maria and the Peak RES team look ahead, they are focused on continuous improvement. They strive to be the very best at what they do, and they believe they will continue to achieve that goal by raising the bar a little bit every day. As their motto states, they never settle.
“Between our team members, we have a plethora of knowledge and skills within the photography, technology, and real estate industries. We believe together we are better because we are able to use each other as sounding boards and come up with new and exciting ways that ultimately provide a better product and experience for our clients.”
