At RE/MAX Results, customer service is the top priority. While REALTORS® stand in the spotlight, so much is made possible by the behind-the-scenes support staff. With over 100 agents through three offices, these unsung heroes make everything tick and, ultimately, drive the brokerage to greater success.
The RE/MAX Results support staff is comprised of Katie Turk (Director of Agent Services for all offices), Meaghan Wilson (Director of Disbursement & Auditing for all offices), Kelsey Tolbert (Director of First Impressions for RE/MAX Results Tulsa), and Mandy Hill (Director of First Impressions for RE/MAX Results Bartlesville).
“We are a family,” Katie shares. “We always look after our agents. Agents are always hanging out with each other. It's a really collaborative, supportive culture, and we’re happy to be a part of that. We have a culture of sharing and camaraderie and support, lots of education, and we provide a lot of services to our agents to support their businesses.”
We sat down with Katie, Meaghan, Kelsey, and Mandy to hear about their professional journeys and what drives them.
Meet the RE/MAX Results Support Staff
Katie Turk
After ten years in bar and restaurant management, Katie transitioned into real estate in 2019. She was drawn into the industry after her mom had a difficult real estate transaction.
“I wanted to learn about real estate but did not want to sell it. I looked on Indeed, applied, and it worked out,” Katie reflects.
Today, Katie oversees all of the brokerage's agent services. She has created a concierge menu of services for agents so they can order whatever administrative services they need. After five years with RE/MAX, she couldn’t be happier with her role.
“I love the culture. The owners are super supportive, kind, generous, and amazing people to be around. They are good at making sure everyone they bring in is that way. It's the best group of people I've ever been around -— agents and management,” she smiles.
Outside work, you’ll find Katie with her husband, Brooks, and their 13-year-old son, Kayden. They enjoy spending time outdoors and taking on house projects.
Meaghan Wilson
As Director of Disbursement and Auditing for all offices, Meaghan Wilson is responsible for much of the brokerage’s back-end paperwork. She’s been with the organization for seven years after many years as the administrative assistant at a plumbing company. When she joined RE/MAX Results, the brokerage had only six agents, and she’s overseen much of the growth since then.
“I love seeing new agents come in and watching them take off,” Meaghan shares. “I like helping people, and I really like the numbers that come with the accounting side of the business.”
Outside work, Meaghan is a mom and wife; she and her husband, Dakota, have two young children, Holden (4) and Kason (1).
Kelsey Tolbert
Kelsey Tolbert has been with RE/MAX for over five years. She began her career with RE/MAX Legacy and stayed on after the two brokerages merged. As Director of First Impressions for RE/MAX Results Tulsa, her role is a combination of administrative tasks and auditing. She, too, is passionate about helping her agents become as successful as possible.
“I love watching our brokerage grow and watching our agents be successful,” she says. “It’s super fulfilling to see and live through them in a way.”
Outside work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with friends and family, holding game nights, taking trips, reading, and watching movies.
Mandy Hill
Mandy Hill sits in the smallest of the three main offices: Bartlesville. Originally from San Diego, she moved to Tulsa eight years ago and joined RE/MAX three years ago. Mandy's strengths are relationship-building and research — a perfect fit for her role as an administrative assistant.
“My role is similar to Kelsey’s, but the Bartlesville office is a bit different,” Mandy explains. “We have a small-town feel where everybody knows everybody. People here like to just pop into the office. They don't always call and make an appointment with a REALTOR® first; they just walk in the door. So sometimes, I'm their first impression of RE/MAX Results. The Bartlesville office truly has a small-town, family atmosphere.”
Outside of work, Mandy can be found spending time with her two adult children, parents, and brother, or traveling, shopping, and playing games.
