HOLLY BRUMBLE: BEGINNINGS
“My mom was in the [real estate] industry so, at the age of 5, I had the opportunity to see the real estate world from the inside out. This created a lifelong obsession for me. I remember being so taken by it all and eager to tag along. Anytime I could get my hands on a home listings magazine, I would circle homes, then present this curation to my parents. If I had it my way, we would have moved every year," she laughed. "My dad is an entrepreneur who also has an incredible work ethic. I grew up with phenomenal examples of consistent hard work, day in and day out. Showing up as your best no matter what not only in work but in life. Now, I’m working to emulate the same principles to my two children.’’
THE SEARCH
In high school and through college, Holly Brumble worked for Arvest Bank. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, she started a career with an oil and gas trading company and also continued with Arvest Bank on nights and weekends. These positions fulfilled the part of her personality that craved numbers but lacked the creativity she desired in a career. In 2009, she found a mix of analytics and art in new construction design.
“It was such a gift to be able to create beautiful design aesthetics in spec homes and also to work with homebuyers and contractors in the custom home-building process,” Holly said.
After experiencing rapid growth in design, she expanded her career as a licensed real estate agent, transitioning her focus to sales. With over a decade of experience in real estate, Holly dreamed of starting a real estate team with a specific culture in mind.
Holly wanted a team focused on collaboration, not competition, support, not superiority. She believed structuring a group like this would be very fulfilling for the team members while providing the greatest benefit to clients. She saw a group that also provided high-level concierge service to clients and intended to do the work to achieve this culture.
THE DREAM FULFILLED
In 2019, Holly Brumble watched the vision, the hard work, and the brand of The BayneBrook Group come to life. She created the team name by combining her children’s first names: Baynes and Brooklyn.
Baynes is an athletic, social, 11-year-old with a sweet, contagious smile. He plays soccer and really enjoys playing football. Baynes wants to be an NFL player or WWE wrestler when he grows up. When he retires from a professional sports career, he wants to go into the real estate industry in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
At 16 years old, Brooklyn is a power tumbler with an entrepreneurial spirit that runs in the family. She loves planning events, family vacations and even started a successful summer camp for children called “Camp Legends'' that she managed. Just like their family used to say about Holly at that age, Brooklyn was born to be an adult.
MEET THE TEAM
BECCA O’DELL
Becca, BayneBrooks' first team member, is a Jenks graduate and very familiar with Northeast Oklahoma. She met her husband, Clint, after high school and then started working for QuikTrip as a store manager. This helped to develop a special level of customer-service skills that she utilized with her clients in real estate. Clint and Becca have been relocated four times during their careers with QuikTrip, which has allowed Becca to relate with her clients who are either buying, selling, and/or relocating. Clint and Becca have two daughters, Abbie and Emma. After both girls were born, Becca decided to seek a career with more flexibility, and something that she was always interested in was real estate. Once joining the BayneBrook Group, she realized she had found the perfect fit, where she belonged within the real estate industry.

KRISTA SEFFEL
Krista and Holly share joint custody of the BayneBrook team mascot, BeBe. Their sweet, little Frenchie baby has a fun personality and instantly becomes besties with everyone she meets.
"BeBe’s favorite mom is Krista... Shhh, don’t tell Holly!" she jokes. A huge animal lover, Krista is likely to help you adopt a new fur baby after finding your next home. After 20 years as a speech pathologist, Krista chose to focus her communication skills on helping others throughout their real estate transactions. She has a quick read on clients' wants and needs. Her warm personality is inviting, and clients find her relatable as if they've known her forever.
True to what the BayneBrook group is known for, its high-level concierge services, Krista is extremely responsive and efficient. If an issue arises, she’s prepared to find a solution. You will feel like her top priority from beginning to end!
BeBe has a brother, Bear, and four human siblings: Makenzie, who recently purchased her first home; Braxton, a senior at Holland Hall planning to attend OSU and currently stays busy with football and lacrosse; and Payton and Parker, sophomores at Bixby. Husband, Jason, sells medical equipment and loves golfing. Each knows Krista loves BeBe and Bear the most, though, because ... they don’t talk back!
DANA RECTOR
Dana is excited to be in her third year of real estate with the Bayne Brook Group and Keller Williams Realty Advantage.
"I am a Tulsa native, so having been born and raised here gives me a knowledge of the town others may not have. My strengths in real estate include being task-oriented and customer-service-driven at the highest level. I have been married for over 20 years and have two children. I have a son who is a freshman in college and is a student-athlete. I have a daughter that is a sophomore in high school and is on the varsity cheer team. I serve my community by volunteering and being on two different Boards; I am the Vice President of the varsity cheer board and the Secretary of our chapter's NCL Board."

LORI CRITES
Lori has lived in Tulsa for 10 years with her family and has moved across the country and across town, so she understands how stressful moving is and the different challenges that exist in each situation. Her mission is to take as much stress away during the process as possible while providing first-class service. Lori says, “The real joy of real estate is helping people achieve their dreams, whether it is owning their first home, finding their forever home, or relocating to a new area.”
Real estate is in Lori’s blood, being a third-generation REALTOR®. “I was always around real estate from an early age with my mom as a real estate agent and my dad as a custom home builder. My grandpa was also a real estate agent. I like to think that I get my honest, no-nonsense approach from him." Her tenure in Corporate America helped her become well-rounded with years of supply chain and customer service experience that carries over to her real estate practices.

ASHLEY VARGAS
Ashley was born and raised in North Texas, watching her mother excel in the real estate industry. She went on to college at Pittsburg State University in Kansas, majoring in business marketing where she met her husband, Spencer. They have lived in the Tulsa area for over 12 years and have two children together.
Growing up, her mother also owned multiple businesses in which Ashley had an integral part of the leadership that has prepared her with the skills and attention to customer service needed to be successful in her own real estate career. Having built her business on referrals, Ashley prides herself on listening to and understanding her clients' unique wants and needs, being hardworking, honest, and using her industry experience to achieve her clients' real estate goals.
Ashley decided to join the BayneBrook Group after consistently watching them supporting not only each other but others in the industry, including herself. “Watching this amazingly successful group of women rooting for others was inspiring to me, and I wanted to be a part of that. Having been successful in real estate myself, I was ready to join a group and scale that with the help of other like-minded people in the industry. It just happened that I connected with the most fabulous, powerhouse performing group of all women! Our weekly work meetings coupled with happy hours and personal celebrations together, bringing us closer not only professionally, but personally as well. I know that every person on our team has my best interest at heart always and that's invaluable to me."
