“I knew in my soul, in my heart, that there was plenty of money to be made and success to be had by doing things the right way — taking care of our people and taking care of our communities. I wanted to prove we could do it that way, and that’s what we’ve done.”

— Jeff Wedig, owner

When Jeff Wedig founded Triton Foundation Repair in 2016, he did so with a clear vision. He had been in the foundation business for 10 years by that point, and during this time, he had the opportunity to witness the good, the bad and the ugly within the industry. Since launching the business, Jeff’s goal has always been to build upon the positives he saw within the industry while ditching outdated strategies.

“I knew we'd do things completely different than everybody else, and you just never know if it's going to work,” Jeff continues. “Thankfully, our approach has been a huge success.”

Leading with Values

Triton Foundation Repair is built on values of transparency, integrity, education and support.

While integrity is a word that gets thrown around quite a bit, Jeff and his team take their commitment to truth and transparency very seriously. They understand most clients fear foundation repair companies because they know so little about them. So, they lead with an educational approach.

“We go as far as teaching CE classes to REALTORS® and educating home inspectors about foundation repair so people are able to make informed decisions and not just spend $25,000 because some salesman told them that was what it would cost,” Jeff says. “If you need foundation repair, we want to be the company that does it, but if you don't, we will be the company that tells you you don’t need it. We spend 30% of our time telling people their house is fine; leave it alone.”

Triton Foundation Repair doesn’t even hire salespeople. They don’t track their employees' sales statistics or give quotas. Instead, they coach their team to treat every client with respect, care and truth — whatever the outcome.

Meet the Team: Bryan Martin

Over the past six and a half years, Triton Foundation Repair has grown from strictly a foundation company to an organization that offers 17 different services, including steel pier foundation repair, crawl space lifting/repairs, seamless guttering, water drainage, and more. One of the key cogs in their growth has been Tulsa General Manager Bryan Martin.

Bryan and Jeff have been friends for over a decade. When they met, Bryan was working a stable job with the child support enforcement division.

“It was a cubicle gig in legal aspects of collecting child support,” Bryan explains. “I was happy at my job. I'd been there for quite a few years, but after I met Jeff, I became intrigued by what he did.”

Bryan dabbled in the foundation repair world, shadowing Jeff and taking on some part-time work before Jeff founded Triton Foundation Repair. Jeff finally convinced him to join the team after launching his own company.

Over the past six years, Bryan hasn’t been afraid to get his hands dirty. He’s been an evaluator, a crew chief, a marketer, and a production supervisor. He’s taken the lead on several of Triton’s newest offerings.

“Bryan is the absolute personification of a good guy,” Jeff beams. “He is a husband first, a father second, a friend third, and he is a GM of Triton after that. He is one of the best guys I've ever known. He’s modest, he's humble, and he’s a champ.”

Family Spotlight

Bryan, his wife, Katy, and their two children, Brysan (11) and Emma (8), live in Owasso. “With everything I do,” Bryan says, “I strive to make my family better.”

Leading with Honesty

As Jeff and Bryan reflect on their journey, they tap into a sense of pride for the work they’ve done. Yet, they have no plans to slow down. Jeff and Bryan are taking Triton Foundation Repair into the future with a focus on integrity and a commitment to getting the job done right every time.

“We want people to know we’re a different breed, that we’re super education-oriented, and that we come from the right place — a good heart and community-minded,” Jeff says. “When I started Triton, I never imagined we’d be in the position we are right now, and it's not because of marketing, advertising, branding, or salesmanship. We have experienced the amount of success we have because we're honest with people.”
