Jenny Morris Bugg serves as marketing & events director with Titan Title & Closing. She speaks with pride about the company’s start by founders Jason Hadrava and Robbie Butler, and the remarkable success the team has had.

The company, which started with a single office in Jenks, has expanded to nine locations and boasts a team of over 150 professionals. This rapid expansion is a testament to the company's commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its clients and partners.
Jenny, who joined the company several years ago, has been instrumental in shaping its marketing and events strategy. Her role involves not just promoting the company's services but also ensuring that the internal team is aligned and motivated to achieve shared goals.
"I love our team," Jenny says with genuine enthusiasm. "We have developed a group that feeds off one another. We each have our strengths and weaknesses, which makes collaborating on business development both fun and rewarding."
Building a Strong Team
Jenny’s role has recently seen an exciting addition with the onboarding of a new business development staff. Jordi Leach, who has been with Titan Title & Closing for three years, and Sam Jacks, the newest member of the team, are both poised to make significant contributions. Their backgrounds are distinct yet complementary, enhancing the team’s overall effectiveness.
Jordi brings extensive experience in the title industry, making her a valuable resource for navigating the complexities of title services. Sam comes from a finance background, offering insights into the lender perspective that are crucial for seamless transactions.
“The dynamic between Sam, Jordi, and me is strong,” Jenny notes. “Our backgrounds are different but cohesive. I come from the events and marketing world, Sam from finance, and Jordi from title. This diversity makes for a really strong team.”

"Our connectivity and availability are key strengths," Jenny explains. "As we open new locations, we shorten the distance for our partners, making their experience with us more efficient."
The company’s philosophy is to be a supportive partner in every sense. “From a title perspective, our job is to make their lives as easy as possible,” Jenny says. “When our partners send us a file, we want them to know that we’ve got them covered. From a business development standpoint, our goal is to help them shine even more, whether they’re dealing with a challenging transaction or another issue.”
A Personal Touch
Jenny's commitment to her work is mirrored in her personal life. Married to Jake, a football coach, and a proud owner of three dogs, Jenny enjoys a vibrant and active lifestyle.
“We love spending time with our dogs, traveling, and attending sports events,” she shares. “Jake’s coaching career keeps us busy, but we find joy in every moment we get to spend together as a family.”
Her approach to work is characterized by a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
“I pride myself on being a get-it-done person,” Jenny says. “If you give me a project, you can rest assured that it’s going to get done. I take ideas and run with them, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard.”
